The Chinese-American Family Coalition is an advocacy, education, and social/recreational services organization serving the Chinese-Americans in New Jersey area.

The coalition offers many services including information and referral service, immigrant assistance/advocacy, entitlement assistance, health project, educational seminars on health, parenting, and social-cultural issues, counseling services and cultural and social/recreational festivals and activities.

The coalition needs your support and is always looking for individuals who would be willing to contribute their time, talent, and energy to a great cause. We would be happy to match your interests with a community organization in need, or with the coalition.

Candidates responsibilities include:

Assist the company in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies.

Work with community members, administrator and other stakeholders to identify necessary programs and services; then design programs and activities, and plan the budget.

Visit potential NGO partners, understand their areas of work, evaluate their proposals against their operational and financial capabilities.
Work closely with NGO partners to ensure programs are in compliance with budgets, financial and operational forecasts, and agreed implementation plan.
Develop and design unique programs that are scalable, replicable, and have measurable impact, while offering avenues for employee volunteerism.

Use internal communication to reinforce the organization social responsibility policies.
Reach out to the public via PR and marketing to deliver the message of the organization commitment to social responsibility.
Work on company branding strategies with the corporate communications department.
Attract new talent. Formulate monthly work plan, assign tasks to staff and volunteers and supervise the implementation.

Qualification: Bachelor in public Administration/MSW/MBA/MPA

Candidates responsibilities include:

Develop a social media strategy that boosts following, engagement, and drives brand growth.
Build a content strategy that combines professional photography, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.
Own a multi-platform calendar – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Post daily.
Build and manage relationships with influencers to drive content creation and brand awareness
Produce photoshoots, curate content for use on website, social media, email, ad creative, etc.
Photoshop skills required. Photography and Design skills are a huge plus.

Qualifications: 1+ years experience in a Content/Social Media role, ideally in an eCommerce, or Media environment
