Authentication Process
Step 1. Get the document notarized by a local notary public or obtain a certified copy from the competent authorities.
Step 2. Send the document to the Secretary of the State in which the document is notarized for authentication.
Step 3. Apply for authentication at the Chinese Consulate General of the consular district where the document is certified.
What the applicant needs to bring to our office:
- A completed Application Form of Notarization
- A copy of the applicant’s passport first page
- A state-issued ID card.
Business Documents
(company power of attorney, certification of company officer’s identification, company representative appointment confirmation, company meeting minute, commercial agreement, bank statement etc.)
