You will answer a few questions about your notary needs. When you submit the request button, we search our database to notify Notaries who are a perfect match for your request. We send Notaries the opportunity to submit their offer to you.
TIP: To have a document notarized

- The form, letter, etc. must be completed but not signed. Notaries cannot place their seal on something that contains blanks. Notaries, unless they are attorneys, cannot legally offer instruction or advice on how to create or complete a form. If you need advice on how to construct a form, consider consulting an Attorney, Legal Document Assistant, or search online for legal forms and documents.

When you’re ready, you can accept a Notary’s offer by clicking on it. We call it booking the appointment. You will need to complete the payment process, and then both you and the Notary will be sent notification of the confirmed appointment.You and the Notary can add the appointment to your calendars and communicate with each other.
Complete the appointment.
Once you have completed the appointment, the Notary will submit a completion report. We will send you an opportunity to rate the Notary and review the experience. Your feedback is very important to us as it will help enhance our service to all Customers.
