CAFC Elite College Admissions Counseling Service

Between the essays, required tests and applications, applying to college can be overwhelming. The average public high school guidance counselor to student ratio is 434 to 1, leaving most students without individualized attention or plans. Many parents, especially recent immigrants, know very little about U.S. colleges and the admissions process.

Our college admissions consulting team consists of admissions experts and Ivy League college alumni and students. Our consultants will break the process down into phases to make goals more manageable.

We will be giving suggestions inside and outside of the classroom to guide them through the application as well as the admissions process and provide feedback on the student’s work. We begin working with students as early as 8th grade, providing advice on course selection, extracurricular activities, summer experiences, study habits and standardized testing. With juniors and seniors we work on personalized list development (of colleges that would be a good fit), testing advice, essay brainstorming, interview prep, resume advice and much more. By identifying each individual’s strengths, consultants can also help students write strong admissions applications and essays.

Our consulting plan is multi-faceted and supports students in all fields, not just academics, to allow them to take advantage of their full potential and make the most of their future.
