Through the combines learning of ballet and Chinese dance, our students learn dance techniques and style and their growth as dancers will enhance their innate abilities, build confidence, character and poise.

  • Chinese Kung Fu

Chinese Kung Fu, also known as Wu Shu, is one of the most well known examples of traditional Chinese Culture. it is probably one of the earlist and longest tasting sports, which utilizes both brawn and brain. Chinese Kung Fu is a large system of theory and practice. It combines technigues of self-defense and health keeping.

Schedule:

  1. 9:00 – 10:00am         Beginner
  2. 10:00 – 11:00am       Intermediate
  3. 11:00 – 12:00am       Advanced
  4. 2:30 – 3:30pm         5-12 years old
  • Chinese Health Qigong

Qigong known as an important component of traditional Chinese Culture, originated ans ancient China and its functions vary in different Traditional Chinese cultural schools. Confucians practice Qigong to cultivate mind and body. Taoists and Buddhists do it to transcend worldliness, Chinese medical physicians use it to cure illness and keep healthy. Qigong is a psychosomatic practicing skill that adjust body, breath and mind into one. The first adjustment is to adjust posture and movement, the second is to ajust breath type and the third is to adjust mental activities. It forms the special psychosomatic state of Qigong practice when integrating the “three adjustment into one”.

  • Tai Chi and Health       3:30 – 4:30pm         13-Adult
